Very strange that I am not hearing back at all while people with higher log numbers were approved. Log is 6**, I gave them everything they could possibly ask for. He said they'll be in touch if they need anything else. Since then, he asked for more paperwork 3 times already and I submitted it all, the last piece I sent was last week. We hear more than three million cases a year involving almost every type of endeavor. So that took some time but it was reviewed and the appeal was accepted, my leasing specialist explained how and why they miscalculated income, basically admitted it was their fault. The official home page of the New York State Unified Court System. They miscalculated my income and I had to appeal in August. So clearly, they do not go by the log number, maybe they just approve log numbers that are very close to one another, go figure Many applicants are required to demonstrate proof of residency via copies of their lease, utility bills, and rent checks, and if you have income from sources like alimony, child support. I submitted all the paperwork they requested from me every time in a timely matter and I am still waiting to either hear I am finally approved or they will request more paperwork. While this is what I was asked to bring to my interview, New York Housing Connect notes that you might be asked for any of the documents from this checklist. Jauks's log number was 7** no preference also, had interview in August and he has been approved by both BG and HPD and moving in in a few days. My log number is 6** no preference and interview was in July. So those of us waiting can still have hopeĭo you mind sharing who you spoke with at BG? I am not sure why they said that. But the paperwork has been processed according to BG just waiting for the log number sequin to come around.

Now how long it takes to get to your log number is still unclear. If they haven't called you after you submitted paperwork your log number isn't up yet.
